ny dmv/you have to have approved location for retail and you can get wholsale only with different rules/need money for fees ins and inventory

Costs will vary. Do you already have a piece of property with the proper zoning to open the lot? Is the office, and public restrooms in place? Is it already surfaced, either concrete of asphalt? If so you won’t have those expenses. Then all you have to do is meet all the requirement, apply for and get the dealers license, and then go buy the rolling stock. Don’t forget insurance.
